It is understood that life changes and not all plans can be followed through, and so, with that in mind the provision for an unexpected cancellation includes the following terms:

I agree to forfeit my deposit in the event of cancellation at anytime.______

I understand that if I am forced to cancel after making the 50% payment and before making the final payment I will lose the deposit but will receive my 50% payment back in full.______

I understand that if I am forced to cancel after making the final payment in full I will forfeit the entire payment, however, this can and will be credited to a future retreat of my choice with Alexandra King ______
